Rancang Bangun Sistem Mini Air Blast Freezer Untuk 5 Kg Ikan Bandeng Tanpa Duri

Abstrak
The purpose of this tool is to determine the cooling load on the Mini Air Blast
Freezer machine, to know the time it takes to reach a temperature of -20°C, to
determine the performance of the Mini Air Blast Freezer. This appliance uses a
vapor compression cooling system meaning it cools the storage space or cab .
Freezing with Air Blast Freezer also has advantages, namely that it can be used for
meat products of all sizes and types at the same time. Air Blast Freezer is used for
rapid freezing at temperatures of -20 °C to -35 °C. So based on the calculation of
the cooling load obtained, which is 316,327 Watt, so that the compressor used for
the Mini Air Blast Freezer is ½ PK. Obtain cabin and product data, namely cabin
temperature -16.3°C and product -14.9°C. The temperature of the Freezen point
of the product is -2.2°C and in the 79th minute the product reaches a temperature
of -2.2°C. Which means to achieve cooling only takes 79 minutes. The COP Carnot
value of the test results is 5.29. The actual COPA value of the test results is 4,10.
The efficiency value of the test results is 78%.
