ABSTRACT This case study discusses Maternity Nursing Care with Premature Rupture of Membranes, from the data obtained regarding cases of Premature Rupture of Membranes at Indramayu Hospital in August-10 November 2021 it was still high. In the assessment with premature rupture of membranes, the author conducted a head to toe examination, the diagnosis found, namely, knowledge deficit related to lack of information about the cause of the disease, acute pain related to surgical procedures. Theoretical diagnosis with cases of Premature Rupture of Membranes in Ny. W in RSUD Indramayu the patient does not experience anxiety and discomfort. The patient's condition did not show any signs of infection in the diagnosis of Infection Risk. Nursing assessment with premature rupture of membranes in Mrs. W in RSUD Indramayu found similarities between the theoretical review and existing patient data, planning for each diagnosis, namely infection prevention, pain management, health education. In the patient Mrs. W did not find any anxiety and disturbances of comfort for which the diagnosis is under theoretical review. Keywords: Nursing care, premature rupture of membranes
