This Final Project entitled “Mental Nursing Advice on Ny. Y With Sensory Perception Disorders, Hearing Hallucinations in the Nuri Room of the Mental Hospital of West Java Province". The purpose of this writing is based on the case of Mental Nursing Care to provide an overview of nursing orders to clients with sensory perception disorders: auditory hallucinations through an approach to the nursing process that is given individually. comprehensive and theoretical. The purpose of this final project is to carry out nursing care for Ny. Y with Senson's Perception Disorder: Auditory Hallucinations covering assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing. The method of this final project uses descriptive research in the form of case studies with techniques data collection included: observation, interviews, physical examinations, and documentation studies. The results of the assessment on Ny. Y the client said that there were voices or whispers in her ears without any real form, the client seemed to be talking to himself After being studied for 3 days with problems that g is determined, namely, Sensory Perception Disorders: Auditory Hallucinations. The conclusion of the results obtained, can provide real experiences and pictures for the author in carrying out comprehensive nursing care for clients with sensory perception disorders of auditory hallucinations. Suggestions for nurses to improve their skills and abilities in exploring problems with Sensation Disorder, Sensation, Hearing Hallucinations, to achieve success and must pay attention to the client's condition.
