Dental disease is often ignored, causing delays in treatment. To overcome this problem, this research developed a web-based expert system that uses the Certainty Factor method for the early diagnosis of dental disease. This system collects symptoms from users and calculates the level of confidence in the possibility of disease based on the Certainty Factor algorithm. The diagnosis results include identification of the type of disease, percentage of confidence, and treatment recommendations. Testing showed a diagnosis accuracy rate of 86.66%, developing this system as an effective solution to support early diagnosis. Keywords: Expert System, Dental Disease, Certainty Factor
