Fertilization of rice plants plays an important role in increasing yields. Determining the right fertilizer is often a challenge for farmers because it must consider various environmental factors such as temperature, humidity and soil nutrient content (NPK). It is cumbersome for farmers to obtain fertilizer recommendations that match the parameters of temperature, humidity and NPK. Previously, farmers often relied on recommendations from farm shop assistants who generally recommended fertilizers based on personal experience or general advice, without considering specific environmental conditions, leading to inefficient fertilizer use and reduced crop quality. Based on these problems, this research aims to develop a mobile-based fertilizer recommendation system using the Fuzzy Mamdani method. Given the tendency of the mobile operating system used by farmers is generally Android, the application developed in this research focuses on the Android system. This application was developed using the Flutter framework for the Android platform. The test results show that the accuracy value reaches 85% of the 40 data tested. The implementation of this application can provide practical solutions for farmers in determining the right type of fertilizer. As further development, it is recommended that the mobile application be equipped with additional features of automatic notifications and analysis data updates to improve the accuracy of the recommendation system.
