Introduction: Kenanga Village, Dukuh Kerupuk Block, is the center of the cracker industry in Indramayu Regency. There are several types of crackers such as shrimp crackers, fish skin crackers, and others. Fish skin crackers are one type of crackers made from fish skin. In the frying process, cooking oil functions as a heat conducting medium, adds savory taste, adds nutritional value and calories in food. Objectives: 1. Knowing the motor power used for a 10kg capacity cooking oil draining spinner machine. 2. Knowing the size of the shaft diameter used in this cooking oil drainer spinner machine. 3. Knowing the diameter of the pulley and the need for a V-belt on this cooking oil drainer spinner machine. 4. Knowing the results of the frame strength simulation on this machine. 5. Calculating the specifications of the oil drainer tube. Helping these manufacturers to make performance better and time efficient. Method: The design of the cooking oil draining machine is to conduct a survey of the needs of the cooking oil draining machine, the problem arises that there is still a lot of oil content in fish skin crackers that are drained manually, then carry out concept design. Based on the concept, then designed a product in the form of design drawings. Results: This Final Project is in the form of a design or design of a cooking oil draining machine on fish skin crackers by utilizing centrifugal force for draining the oil, components of the cooking oil draining tube with stainless steel with a diameter of 390mm and a length of 450mm made by Gilang Dwi Sugandi, shaft components to rotate the draining tube measuring 25mm in diameter and 850mm long, pulleys with a diameter of 4 inches, electric motor 0.5 hp 1450 rpm. Machine frame L profile 40 x 40 x 4 mm ASTM A36 material. Keywords: Oil draining spinner machine
