ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem kontrol suhu otomatis pada mesin pembuat es batu menggunkan sensor DS18B20 dengan modul ESP8266 yang terhubung dengan aplikasi telegram. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memantau dan mengendalikan suhu dalam kabin mesin es batu secara real time, dengan tujuan menjaga suhu pada titik optimalu untuk pembekuan es. Sensor DS18B20 dgunakan untuk membaca suhu, dan hasil pembacaan ini dikirim setiap menit ke pengguna melalui notifikasi di telegram. Kompressor mesin akan diaktifkan atau dinonaktifkan secara otomatis berdasarkan suhu yang terukur. Dalam pengujian ini waktu yang diperlukan untuk mencapai suhu -6°C adalah 180 menit, dengan kompressor pertama kali mati pada menit 155 dan menyala kembali setelah suhu mencapai -3°C dalam waktu 15 menit. ABSRCT This research aims to design and implement an automatic temperature control system for an ice cube making machine using a DS18B20 sensor with an ESP8266 module connected to the Telegram application. This system is designed to control and control the temperature in the ice cube machine cabin in real time, with the aim of maintaining the temperature at the optimal point for ice freezing. The DS18B20 sensor is used to read temperature, and the results of this reading are sent every minute to the user via notification on Telegram. The engine compressor will be activated or deactivated automatically based on the measured temperature. In this test, the time required to reach a temperature of -6°C was 180 minutes, with the compressor first turning off at 155 minutes and turning on again after the temperature reached -3°C within 15 minutes.
