Abstrak

ABSTRACT Indoor air pollution is a significant issue that is often overlooked. Poor air quality can have negative impacts on the health, comfort, and productivity of occupants. The use of air conditioning (AC) to maintain indoor temperature can influence indoor air quality, particularly if ventilation is inadequate or AC filters are dirty. To address this issue, this research designs an Internet of Things (IoT)-based air quality monitoring system using NodeMCU/ESP32 microcontroller and ENS160, AHT21, and BMP280 sensors. The system monitors air quality in real-time and displays the data on the ThingSpeak platform, providing the necessary information to maintain indoor air quality. The results of this research are expected to provide an effective solution for maintaining indoor air quality, thus creating a healthier environment for its occupants.
