ABSTRAK Kanker kolorektal adalah keganasan yang berasal dari jaringan kolon dan menjadi penyebab kematian kedua di seluruh dunia. Tujuan dari studi kasus ini menggambarkan implementasi terapi murottal pada pasien dengan nyeri akut di ruang Nyi Mas Gandasari II di RSD Gunung Jati Kota Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif studi kasus untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi terapi murottal dalam mengurangi nyeri akut pada pasien dengan kanker kolorektal. Penilaian skala nyeri menggunakan VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) sedangkan kondisi pasien melalui observasi dan pemberian intervensi. Hasil studi kasus menunjukan setelah implementasi terapi murottal terdapat penurunan tingkat nyeri dari severe menjadi mild sehingga Implementasi terapi murottal selama 2 hari telah efektif dalam mengurangi tingkat nyeri pada pasien. Kata kunci : Kanker Kolorektal, Terapi Murottal, Nyeri Akut. ABSTRACT Colorectal cancer is a malignancy that originates from colon tissue and is the second cause of death worldwide. The aim of this case study is to describe the implementation of murottal therapy in patients with acute pain in the Nyi Mas Gandasari II room at RSD Gunung Jati, Cirebon City. The research method used was a descriptive case study approach to describe the implementation of murottal therapy in reducing acute pain in patients with colorectal cancer. The pain scale is assessed using VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) while the patient's condition is through observation and intervention. The results of the case study show that after implementing murottal therapy there was a reduction in the level of pain from severe to mild so that the implementation of murottal therapy for 2 days was effective in reducing the level of pain in patients.
