ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Risiko Gangguan pada Integritas Kulit/Jaringan adalah berisiko mengalami kerusakan kulit (dermis, dan/atau epidermis) atau jaringan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada tangal 03 Oktober 2023, didapatkan luka pada pasien dengan post operasi. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah perawatan menggunakan NaCl 0,9% merupakan cairan dengan kandungan garam tubuh larutan NaCl 0,9% cairan fisiologis yang efektif untuk perawatan luka. Teknis aseptik adalah untuk mengurangi atau menghilangkan sejumlah mikroorganisme, baik yang terdapat pada permukaan benda hidup (kulit/jaringan). Tujuan : Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan tindakan perawatan luka aseptic post operasi dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan integritas kulit di ruang imam bonjol. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan studi kasus pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil : Setelah dilakukan tindakan perawatan luka terdapat respon positif yaitu tingkat kemerahan cukup membaik dan suhu kuli cukup membaik. Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh perawatan luka aseptic menggunakan cairan NaCl 0,9% namun perubahan ini belum maksimal. Based on the results of observations carried out on October 3 2023, post-operative wounds were found in patients. The intervention carried out was treatment using 0.9% NaCl, a fluid containing body salts, a physiological fluid 0.9% NaCl solution which is effective for wound care. Aseptic technique is to reduce or eliminate a number of microorganisms, both those found on the surface of living objects (skin/tissue). Objective: This writing aims to carry out post-operative aseptic wound care procedures with nursing problems of skin integrity disorders in the Imam Bonjol room. Method: This research uses a descriptive method with case studies collecting data through observation and interviews. Results: After the wound care was carried out, there was a positive response, namely the level of redness was quite improved and the coolie's temperature was quite improved. Conclusion: This study shows that there is an effect of aseptic wound care using 0.9% NaCl liquid, but this change is not optimal.
