In fish farming, feed is one of the most important factors affecting fish growth and health. The main raw material for making fish pellets is mostly fishmeal, but the price is relatively expensive. Therefore, maximizing rice husk as a mixture of fish pellets is an attractive option. The purpose of the application of this machine is to help the community to further maximize the utilization of rice husk waste and can help facilitate fish farmers in terms of feeding. The rice husk smoothing machine and pellet printer have components in the manufacture of machines with 2 mm eser plate material, galvanized hollow iron 3.45 mm x 3.45 mm x 1.2 mm, 1 mm stainles plate, 25 mm axle shaft, 28 mm axle shaft 3 inch small pulley, and 14 inch large pulley. The working principle of this machine is to enter the raw material into the funnel, to be mashed into flour using the principle of friction between a dynamic knife and a static knife then the fine rice husk along with a mixture of other ingredients through a stirrer process to be ground or stirred with an axle shaft that has been added to the stirring blade. pellet material that has gone through the smoothing process and the mixer is inserted into the container hole, after which the screw shaft rotates the material causing the pellet material to move forward and cut by the cutting knife. This machine uses a gasoline motor as a source of power with engine specifications, namely 7 Hp loncin fuel motor power 3600 Rpm speed produces fish pellets with a diameter of 3 mm with an average pellet printing result of 477 grams out of 500 grams of pellet raw material and takes an average time of 6 minutes 31 seconds.
