Abstrak

ABSTRACK Hot temperatures and stale air in the car cabin can certainly affect the comfort of car users which can also impact the safety of car users. If the air in the car's cabin is cool, the driver will automatically focus more on paying attention to the vehicle's speed. Therefore, in closed space vehicles such as cars it is important to have a circulation system. The most common type of air circulation is the AC system, a temperature control tool on the Arduino Uno-based car AC trainer, which aims to control and make the temperature control system on the car AC run automatically, which was built using the Arduino Idea program. The Arduino Uno control system for this car AC cooling machine is that the magnetic cluct is given a DC current which creates a solenoid coil so that a magnetic force occurs in all parts of the coil and makes the compressor compress. in data collection for 60 minutes. The initial/environmental temperature is 30°C to 31.4°C and the cabin temperature will begin to decrease once the system is running. for set point at 24°C and differential 2, when the cabin temperature reaches 22°C the system will turn off the magnetic clutch/compressor and when the temperature is 26°C the magnetic clutch/compressor will turn back on. From the experiments that have been carried out, it is better to control the cabin temperature of the car AC trainer because before it is controlled, the cabin temperature will continue to decrease, with control, the temperature will stabilize at a predetermined setpoint.
