In addressing the challenges of budget management efficiency in educational institutions, the current issue faced within the financial department of Politeknik Negeri Indramayu is the absence of an online monitoring system for budget absorption in each unit, as well as difficulties in categorizing budget programs. Therefore, this final project is devised to address these existing financial issues at Politeknik Negeri Indramayu. The "Web-Based Budget Absorption Monitoring Application at Politeknik Negeri Indramayu," developed using the Waterfall methodology, is designed to resolve budget efficiency concerns by facilitating online budget planning and monitoring. This application generates reports that reflect the percentage of budget absorption and ensures the efficient and targeted utilization of funds. Following a series of black-box testing, it has been confirmed that all application features function effectively. Consequently, based on the questionnaire results, it can be concluded that this application has successfully performed its intended functions. This innovation is expected to significantly enhance budget management efficiency and thereby contribute to the overall quality of education at Politeknik Negeri Indramayu.
