Submission of permits for activities by the Student Organization at the State Polytechnic campus Indramayu is still done by providing a letter in the form of a hardfile to the Vice Director III Field of Students and Alumni (WADIR 3). The application of permits for this activity is often controlled because the activities of student organizations often go hand in hand with the time and place so that there must be a resubmission of the permits by the student organization, besides, also the submission of permissions using manual methods slowed the process of application permits because the student organisation must come to the WADIR 3 party first, for the filing of its permits as well as the retrieval of replies. By making an Application for Application of Permissions and Reporting of Student Organization Activities at Indramayu State Polytechnic based on a website to facilitate Student Organizations, and WADIR 3 in the process of approval of permits and reporting of activities. The application is based on a website using the PHP programming language, the Laravel framework and MySQL as data storage media. The application was created with the involvement of 3 users namely WADIR 3, admin and student organization. This application has activity permission features, and activity report features, The result of such impementation is created application for submission of permission and reporting of student organization activities in State Polytechnic Indramayu based website.
