The grinding process is part of the preparation and selection of quality rice, so it requires a huller machine as a grinder but there is no rice separator with a stain during the grinder process. Because of the separator boxes currently used, namely the 1-layer and 2-layer systems, using this system is less efficient because a lot of stains enter the rice mixture and produce poor rice. Of course, this can lead to poor rice quality. The purpose of this research is to create a three-layer system separator with the method of generating and testing the propulsion power of the airflow generated by the blower inside the separator box, the result of broken leather rice, broken rice, and moss, to find out how much noise the separation box generates while operating. The result was an air flow generated by an old machine on a pipe of 22,374 m^3/s, while a new machine on the pipe generated an airflow of 28,476 m^3/s While the test results of the rice separator box broke skin 83 kg, the rice broke 2 kg, and the rice sealed 15 kg, the old separator boxes averaged noise production of 59,4 dB and the new separator of 80,9 dB.
