The design of the temperature control system in this Ice Maker aims to control the evaporator temperature according to the standard temperature of the ice maker product, which is -4? so that this number can be used as a set point number. The method used in this study is an arduino uno-based testing method and also the DS18B20 temperature sensor as a temperature detector from the evaporator. The result of this final project is that the temperature of the evaporator in the presence of the product from the Ice Maker machine is controlled by the desired setpoint, namely -4?, it takes 33 minutes, then when the desired evaporator temperature reaches -6°C it takes 76 minutes, and when the desired evaporator temperature has reached -2°C it takes 80 minutes.
