SIMULASI RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING ELEKTRODA DATAR PADA ALUMINIUM MURNI : ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIASI CYCLE TIME DAN CONTACT RESISTANCE TERHADAP LEBAR NUGGET

Abstrak
Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) is a process where two or more materials in the form of plates / sheets are clamped between 2 electrodes and then connected using heat energy generated from electric current (resistance). Many studies have conducted research on RSW with various parameters, variables, methods. there have been several researchers who have examined ECR but no one has examined the value of ECR on the material and the effect of the amount of contact resistance value used in ECR Al-Al and ECR AL-Cu on the width of the nugget. in the simulation of Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) this research is done by compressing the ECR value on the material used by previous researchers. the parameter that is varied is cycle time. Cycle Time is varied by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. and using initial values of 200, 210, and 220. The simulation results will be compared with experimental results in previous researchers and ECR Al-Al of 220 and ECR AL-Cu of 25 have a nugget size that is close to the results of previous research experiments.
