Djaka Sutana's Notary-PPAT office is currently computerized using Microsoft office such as Excel in storing files or documents. However, this still has obstacles in storing documents or files. To find back documents or files usually takes about 3 months, because of the frequent occurrence of tucked files or documents. Usually documents are stored in cabinets sorted by month and year. In sending outgoing letters sent by the admin to staff, the process of sending and receiving is still unclear. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application that aims to facilitate the storage of Notary-PPAT files and documents so that they are not tucked away and speed up the process of sending and receiving Notary-PPAT files or documents. This research produces a website-based Notary-PPAT Djaka Sutana Management Application made with 3 users, namely admin, staff, and owner. By testing the application, it ensures that each feature or menu that has been created runs well. The percentage of test results on the Djaka Sutana Notary-PPAT Management application shows a percentage of 94%, which means that the application is categorized as very good to use. The Notary-PPAT application is made website-based using the waterfall method, and the Laravel framework, and helps Notary-PPAT Djaka Sutana in doing a task and storing data to be more efficient.
