Extracurricular is an organization of student associations between schools that develop talents and interests that are carried out outside of learning hours both at school and outside school. As for the implementation of extracurricular activities must be considered, both from the delivery of information and management. The data management process for extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 3 Jatibarang still has problems. Constraints that often occur in the extracurricular activities of SMP Negeri 3 Jatibarang, namely the extracurricular registration process which is still carried out using paper and the management process of all extracurricular data which is carried out manually, namely the coach manages and manages all extracurricular data recorded in a recap book which is then only published in the book move to Microsoft excel so that it can be arranged neatly. From these problems, a "Website-Based Extracurricular Data Management Application Design" system was built to facilitate the extracurricular registration process and can facilitate the coach in the management process of all extracurricular data. This application is designed through flowchart design, UML, ERD and interface design design. Then implemented using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as data storage media. This final project uses the Prototype method. The test results obtained by Black Box Testing and based on the assessment of the respondent's questionnaire are currently 97.7%. Thus this application is considered good to use.
