The coconut palm plant (Cocos nucifera) is one of the plants that belongs to the palmae family and grows a lot in the tropics, such as in Indonesia. Cocopeat is a fine powder of coconut husk and coconut shell resulting from the crushing process. In the process of crushing coir produced fibers better known as fibers, as well as a fine powder of coir known as Cocopeat. By using elbow iron material as the main material on the frame, and gasoline drive motor 5.5 Hp as the drive, pulley – v-belt as the transimi with the blade used uses a plate with a thickness of 5 mm and a size of 70 x 50 mm. With the distance between each blade is 10 mm by means of a Bosh separator.. The cocopeat machine can crush coconut husk and coconut shells into cocopeat and make its production more abundant and fast processing for the lower middle class and make it an added value as a planting medium.
