Of the many applications of refrigeration in Indonesia, there is one application of refrigeration that is very useful, namely in the food sector, one of which is technology in the refrigeration system of remote ice cream machines. Setting the temperature on the ice cream cone machine is an absolute requirement to get good ice cream products. The right temperature in the ice cream machine is usually carried out at a temperature of -5 to -9 more to obtain semi-frozen ice cream with a fluffy volume and soft texture. This machine works 85 minutes to reach a temperature of -9 when without product and 120 minutes when using product.The temperature on the ice cream cone machine can be seen from the lcd on the unit or from the controller cellphone, as long as the ice cream cone machine is connected to electricity and wifi then this machine can be run via android from anywhere provided that the cellphone installed with the controller application is also connected to the internet. The author also makes automatic controls, when the temperature of the product in the ice cream cone machine has not reached a temperature of -9 °C then the machine will continue to run and when the temperature drops to -9 °C then the machine will automatically turn off, as well as when the machine off and the temperature of the product rises to -5 °C then the machine will automatically start.
