Kontrol Suhu Mini Freezer Frozen Food Menggunakan Sensor DS18B20 Berbasis Arduino Uno

Abstrak
Processed frozen food or what is known as frozen food is the result of food
preservation methods that are carried out by lowering the temperature to the
freezing point, this aims to slow down the decay process. To obtain the best results
from frozen food, the temperature must be kept constant and should not be higher
than -17?C. The purpose of this research is to find out how to make a control device
on the mini freezer frozen food unit and find out the results of the control system in
the frozen food cooling process. In this study, the automatic control system uses
Arduino Uno where the input uses the DS18B20 sensor which is displayed on the
LCD and the output is a compressor, evaporator fan and condenser fan. By cooling
the set point temperature above -17°C then the engine will be OFF, and if the
temperature is below -15°C then the engine will be ON again. The results of the
data obtained are 5, namely, temperature data without control and product,
temperature data using control without product load, temperature data using
control and product load, comparison data without product and product, and
finally comparison data without control and using control. The conclusion of this
research is that the temperature control system runs according to the command that
has been entered into the Arduino, and the data using the control without the
temperature product reaches -17?C at the 55th minute and the data uses the control
that the temperature product is reached at the 105th minute and the system runs
smoothly.
