SISTEM KONTROL SUHU AIR CONDITIONER (AC) MOBIL MENGGUNAKAN SENSOR DS18B20 BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO

Abstrak
Air conditioning (AC) is not something that is foreign at this time. The function of the
CarAir Conditioner (AC) is to condition the air in the room so that the air conditions are as
desired, if the air in the cabin feels cool then when driving will feel comfortable. In
conditioning the Car Air Conditioner (AC), there is a temperature control system that
functions to maintain thetemperature inside the cabin so that it remains comfortable while
driving. This control systemuses Arduino Uno as the main controller and brain of this system.
The temperature sensor usedis the DS18B20 temperature sensor because the DS18B20 sensor
is waterproof and has a longcable so that it can reach the point you want to detect the
temperature. Testing is done by looking at the temperature, time, and how many times the
compressor turns on and off when using the control that has been set at the sett point of 6°C
and the sett dift of 2°. The results ofthe tests obtained are that when using the control there is
a stable temperature and the compressor runs normally according to the temperature setting
that has been set, while the temperature without using the control experiences a very heavy
temperature drop which makesthe cabin temperature very cold and makes the pipes become
cold. very frosty.
