PT Sinergi Bintang Abadi (SiBA) is a provider of outsourcing manpower services in Indramayu Regency. Outsourcing workers are included in contract employees provided by service providers in providing special work assistance that is not related to the main job at the partner company. However, PT SiBA is not yet widely known in Indramayu Regency as a labor supplier company. This is evidenced by the absence of a publicly accessible company profile, so more effort is needed for them to promote services to potential partners, both partners per agency and partners individually. Meanwhile, the workforce needed by partners tends to be specific and custom, both based on working time, distance to the work area/location, as well as partner cost limits. In addition, problems were also found in the process of recruitment or selection and acceptance of prospective workers. Given that there is no system that can be used to manage applicant data, they tend to ask applicants to collect required documents for the administrative process. This will certainly have an impact on the process of searching for certain data if more and more prospective workers apply or workers have been distributed. Currently, the operational manager is assisted by several admins in the process of selecting and sorting files. Often there is a delay in information to applicants, considering that the files collected are vulnerable to being lost or damaged. Based on the description of the problem above, a web application for Outsourcing workforce distribution was built using the Laravel Framework. With a web-based application, PT SiBA's information can be accessed by anyone, anywhere and anytime. Facilitate outsourcing companies in the process of recruiting or selecting new recruits. Make it easier for outsourced managers to manage application files and workers in updating the Police Records Health Letter (SKCK) and Health Letters periodically in accordance with the provisions of the outsourced company.
